I hereby apply for a Parents Voice BC membership. I am a Canadian citizen, over 18 years old, and a permanent resident at the address listed below. I am not a member of any other civic party in my school district. I understand that I am applying for membership in Parents Voice BC and that I will not be a member unless my application is accepted by Parents Voice BC. I further understand that the Parents Voice BC reserves the right to refuse any membership application or renewal of membership should it feel that to do so is in the best interests of the Parents Voice BC and that the Parents Voice BC is under no obligation to disclose any confidential or other discussions regarding my application.
